ALBEcolor Anodising Process

LB Aluminium Berhad’s state-of-the-art Vertical Anodising Plant commenced operations in April 2002 and is the first and only such plant in Malaysia. It is environmentally-friendly, adheres to Japanese Industrial Standard (J.I.S.) specifications and boasts a fully automated computerized control system with a monthly capacity of up to 1,400 metric tonnes of anodised aluminium extrusions.

Our ALBEcolor Anodising Process (the “wise choice of architects”), employing the highest quality measures, provides 6 different surface finishes and allows the surface finish to become an integral part of the base metal. This gives top-quality aesthetics, long-lasting advantages and allows strict compliance to customer’s requirements and standards.

Anodising Dimensions – up to 6.75m
Jigging Marks – approximately 50 mm
Finishing Available – Absolute Black (Black Anodized), Exotic Bronze (Dark Bronze), Classic Bronze (Medium Bronze), Elegant Bronze (Medium-Light Bronze),
Champagne Bronze (Light Bronze), Natural Silver (Natural Anodised), Sand Blasting.
