EXPORT SALES EXECUTIVE

 Responsibilities:

  • Canvass for new clients in overseas market, to meet individual budgeted sales target, ensure client delivery lead-time within schedule and follow up with production department on customers orders and explore ideas on promoting company in overseas market.

  • Attend and follow up on existing and new overseas enquiries.

  • Prepare quotations, pro-forma invoices to existing and new customers.

  • Make travel plans to potential overseas media.

  • To source for potential advertisement opportunity in overseas media.

  • Check and verify on documentary collection prepared by Sales Admin Executive.

  • Ensure overseas outstanding debts to be collected within stipulated terms.

  • Monitor customer orders with Planning department to ensure orders are completed within stipulated dateline and to arrange final delivery with client and administration executive.

  • Confirm with Moulding department for completion of new die samples.

  • Liaise with Packing Department for final order received from production and feedback to client as and when necessary.

  • To be committed to and co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company‚Äôs Safety & Health rules and regulations.

 Experience & Personal Skills

  • Minimum university graduate or 1-2 years working experience in export environment.

  • Able to work under tight datelines.

  • Independent & able to make decision.

  • Problem-solving skills & able to handle complaints.

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Good interpretation & negotiation skills.

  • Able to canvas, maintain & manage customer relationships.

  • Mature, good discipline & self-motivated.
