Test Rig

We have installed a test rig to facilitate clients who require specific product or system testing in specialised curtain wall systems and various window and door systems.

The test-rig can perform a variety of tests, which include

• structure performance test
• water penetration
• wind-load capacity or resistance

The laboratory consists of two test chamber having sizes:

1. 7m wide x 10m high, suited to accommodate the large size mock-up curtain wall, wall cladding and entrance facade.
2. 5m wide x 8.5m high, suited to house the small to medium size mock-up window and door.

Tests can be tailored to suit different weather conditions. This critically helps in locating the strengths or weaknesses of individual systems.

Test reports with accurate details are generated for further improvements to the systems tested.
