Sales & Marketing Executive - Seksyen 36, Shah Alam

 Responsibilities:

  • To implement responsibilities related to sales and marketing company’s products for local.

  • To assist in promotion and coordination during participation in exhibition.

  • Act as an auditor on the implementation of ISO for the company.

  • To develop new customers.

  • To handle inquiries and complaints from customers.

  • To ensure outstanding debts to be collected within stipulated terms.

  • To do field visits.

  • To gather market information & competitor activities.

  • To assist the department to achieve the sales target.

  • To provide good service to customers.

  • Monitor customer orders with Planning Department to ensure orders are completed within stipulated dateline and to arrange final delivery with client and Administration Executive.

  • Confirm with Moulding department for completion of new die samples.

  • Liaise with Despatch Department for final order received from production and feedback to client as and when necessary.

  • To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.


Experience & Personal Skills:

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.

  • Minimum university graduate or 1-2 years working experience with related scope.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Independent and able to develop new market.

  • Indoor sales or outdoor sales experience will be an added advantage.

  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills.

  • Able to work under tight datelines.

Planning Executive
(Beranang)

 Responsibilities:

  • To arrange and plan the loading of work orders to fully utilize the production capacity and also to ensure branch’s orders can be produced on time to meet customers’ requirement.

  • To plan weekly production time table.

  • To prepare all the information of orders for the production department.

  • To keep the Sales & Marketing department informed of order status.

  • Cooperate closely with the Moulding Department to ensure all the orders are working smoothly.

  • To update all the record of the stock in the warehouse, to fulfill the need for the local orders.

  • To train the subordinate in order to be skillful.

  • To upgrade work process to bring in improvement.

  • To hold meeting to find ways to solve problem that may be arisen.

  • To complete order by PO instead of WO.


Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years experience

Export Sales Executive

 Responsibilities:

  • Canvass for new clients in overseas market, to meet individual budgeted sales target, ensure client delivery lead-time within schedule and follow up with production department on customers orders and explore ideas on promoting company in overseas market.

  • Attend and follow up on existing and new overseas enquiries.

  • Prepare quotations, pro-forma invoices to existing and new customers.

  • Make travel plans to potential overseas media.

  • To source for potential advertisement opportunity in overseas media.

  • Check and verify on documentary collection prepared by Sales Admin Executive.

  • Ensure overseas outstanding debts to be collected within stipulated terms.

Electrical Technician

 Responsibilities:

To perform daily maintenance jobs according to instruction from  maintenance supervisor. 

Mechanical

  • To ensure all the machine and mechanical equipment are in good operating condition.

  • To perform necessary modification on all the machine to extend the life spent of the machine. 

Electrical

  • To ensure all the electrical equipment within factory are in good operating condition.

  • To perform necessary modification on the machine wiring to increase the efficiency of the machine.

General

  • To perform maintenance jobs according to instruction from supervisor.

  • To troubleshoot and overcome the machine or equipment breakdown problem.

  • Responsible to ensure all tools and equipments are in good condition and ready for next use.

  • Ensure working place is always neat, tidy, clean and safe.

  • To do other jobs assigned from time to time.

Experience & Personal Skills

  • Certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

  • Posses good knowledge in Electrical Circuit Diagram reading

  • Basic knowledge of PLC is preferable

ISO Document Controller

Responsibilities:

  • To handle ISO 9001 Quality Management System documentation.

  • Administer the Document Control System.

  • Maintain the document to keep compliance with ISO9001 requirements.

  • Prepare audit and inspection plans and coordinate schedules with relevant department and internal auditors.

  • Manage and maintain company registration documents.

  • Perform other administrative works relevant to the implementation and maintenance if ISO.

Experience & Personal Skills:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U,

  • Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business/ Science/ Engineering/ Administration or equivalent.

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

CNC Machinist

Die Corrector
(Beranang)

Responsibilities:

  • To send the finish goods to the warehouse required. 

  • Completing the correction and maintenance of extrusion tooling ensuring that it will produce quality extrusions at the desired rate.

  • Monitoring production at the presses to determine flow inconsistencies and die performance to diagnose proper repair requirements.

  • Analyzing initial breakthrough and profile samples to determine the dimensions and corrections required.

  • Die correction experience with extensive knowledge of extrusion press operations, including the capability of differentiating between press variable effects and die & tooling design influences on the finished production extrusions.

  • To ensure Die is correcting according to the shape

  • To monitor dies’ performance

  • Setting the appropriate parameters for each extrusion batch

  • Quality control of the extruded profiles

  • Overseeing of the personnel of the extrusion lines

  • Grouping of the extruded profiles to be forwarded to the ageing ovens

  • To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.

 Experience & Personal Skills
  • Minimum SRP/PMR or SPM

  • Possess D, GDL & E class driving license

  • 1 to 2 years working experience in same field

CAD/CAM Operator

  • To perform CAD / CAM operation.

  • Basic Die design and detail drafting.

  • Wire-cut program generation.

  • 3D Modelling and metal cutting.

  • CNC program generation.

  • Run wire-cut / CNC machines if required.

Forklift Driver

 Responsibilities:

  • Drive forklift to move goods from one place to another place. 

  • Stop the forklift at the safe place.

  • Transporting material system must be check and ensure fork is above the grand while moving.

  • If not able to use the forklift, park the forklift behind the Guard Room and leave the key there.

  • Other jobs which may be assigned from time to time
