PROJECT EXECUTIVE - MARKETING
Responsibilities
  • Draft and issue formal correspondences to consultants, architects, and developers, ensuring clear and effective communication. 
  • Liaise with advertising agency.
  • To assist in marketing and promotion of the company’s products and image.
  • Meeting with consultants and architects.
  • To prepare reports, plan and schedules.
  • To control and replenish all the sales promotion kits if necessary.
  • To assist in sales activities and handle customer inquiries or accounts as assigned.
Experience & Personal Skills:
  • Fresh graduate, Degree holder or 3 years experience for Diploma holder.
  • Good communication (especially in business presentation) and writing skills.

PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, controlling and monitoring plant preventive maintenance activities to ensure the machines and equipments are working in good condition and at highest efficiency.
  • Maximizing operation efficiency by focusing on resource utilization and employee training as well as continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining and improving company Quality Management System (ISO 9002) and conduct company internal quality audits with a team of internal auditors.
  • Motivating, counseling and training subordinates to obtain high quality work skills to meet daily operation requirements and to satisfy budgeted levels.
  • Liaise with internal and external supplier for any preventive and breakdown maintenance service.
  • Liaise with internal and external customer for any product quality issues.
  • Responsible for approving subordinates matters such as leave application, issuing purchasing requisition notes for purchasing consumable goods, approving consumable stock request (from store), checking and auditing department-costing report.
  • To plan and co-ordinate the department plant layout, equipment modification, capability planning, method and time study.
  • To provide technical and engineering support for continuous improvement of existing process control, yield optimization and cost effectiveness.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping and promoting safety awareness in the shop floor.
  • Organize and schedule design work, production lead time to meet customer timescale, customer specifications and cost estimates.
  • Ensure all the technical data, method of production and customer specification are communicate to all relevant departments.

PLANNING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
  • To plan weekly production time table.
  • To prepare all the information of orders for the production department.
  • To keep the Sales & Marketing department informed of order status.
  • Cooperate closely with the Moulding Department to ensure all the orders are working smoothly.
  • To update all the record of the stock in the warehouse, to fulfill the need for the local orders.
  • To train the subordinate in order to be skillful.
  • To upgrade work process to bring in improvement.
  • To hold meeting to find ways to solve problem that may be arisen.
  • To be committed to and co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.

SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities

Role purpose

Join our sales and marketing team to help grow our customer base, champion great customer experiences, and ensure smooth, on‑time delivery from order to doorstep. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams and customers to turn opportunities into long‑term partnerships.

What you’ll do

  • Support promotions and coordinate activities during exhibitions, ensuring a standout presence and seamless execution.

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular outreach, field visits, meetings, and follow-ups to understand needs and identify new business opportunities.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly while delivering high-quality, responsive service that strengthen trust and partnerships.

  • Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure collections within agreed terms.

  • Gather market and competitor insights to support the development of effective sales strategies and campaigns.

  • Contribute to team sales targets through consistent pipeline building and conversion.

  • Provide technical guidance to customers, including the implementation of new CIDB product standards, and act as an auditor to ensure the correct profiles are selected and ordered for their projects.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on product specifications, providing technical advice to architects and consultants to help convert specified projects into sales. Support the Marketing team in coordinating and conducting factory visits.

  • Coordinate with the Production team to oversee the timely completion of customer orders and the development of new profiles to meet project and industrial application requirements.

  • Coordinate with the Admin and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery arrangements, working collaboratively to achieve team objectives.

 

Experience & Personal Skills:

Working Location: JB, Penang, Klang, Cheras, Kajang, Semenyih and KL.

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.

  • Entry‑level friendly: fresh graduates are welcome; 0–2 years’ relevant experience is an advantage.

  • Inside sales and/or field sales experience is a plus.

EXPORT SALES EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
  • Canvass for new clients in overseas market, to meet individual budgeted sales target, ensure client delivery lead-time within schedule and follow up with production department on customers orders and explore ideas on promoting company in overseas market.
  • Attend and follow up on existing and new overseas enquiries.
  • Prepare quotations, pro-forma invoices to existing and new customers.
  • Make travel plans to potential overseas media.
  • To source for potential advertisement opportunity in overseas media.
  • Check and verify on documentary collection prepared by Sales Admin Executive.
  • Ensure overseas outstanding debts to be collected within stipulated terms.
  • Monitor customer orders with Planning department to ensure orders are completed within stipulated dateline and to arrange final delivery with client and administration executive.
  • Confirm with Moulding department for completion of new die samples.
  • Liaise with Packing Department for final order received from production and feedback to client as and when necessary.

Responsibilities
  • To control and maintain Business Application system in order to make sure the systems are running smoothly and supporting the company long-term development.
  • Responsible for system development life cycle including application development, implementation and post implementation review.
  • Assist in impact analysis, technical design, quality review and testing of program codes, conduct system integration testing and support user acceptance testing and implementation roll out.
  • Provide technical support on Business Application, ERP handle problem incidents, troubleshooting and change requests till closure.
  • Develops implements and supports interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports.
  • Conducts code reviews to ensure consistency and adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • To co-operate with any safety and health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company's Safety & Health rules and regulations.
Experience & Personal Skills:
  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate/ Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/ Information Technology or Professional Degree in IT field.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in ERP, Support/ Coding/ Implementation.
  • Excellent knowledge in programming skills preferably VB.NET, 4GL, C#, JavaScript or PL/SQL.

  • Run wire-cut / CNC machines if required.
  • To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.
  • To carry out direction given by the superior from time to time.
Experience & Personal Skills:
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience in CAD CAM is an advantage
  • Minimum Certificate in Autocad or Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
